- We: the operator of zriz.
- You: the person who makes an account. If you use zriz for a company, "you" is also that company.
- Service: the cloud at zriz.io, the web app, the tool
zz, and the runner. - Org: one team in zriz. A member is one person in an org.
- Run: one test that the service does. Space: the place where the members of an org send posts to each other.
- Your data: the pipeline files, resource files, results, posts and service contracts that your org sends to the cloud.
The parties
These terms are a contract between you and the operator of zriz, one person in Ukraine.
You accept these terms when you make an account. If you use zriz for a company, you confirm that you have the right to accept them for that company.
Open beta
The service is in open beta. It can have faults. It can be unavailable. We can change it or stop it. We promise no uptime.
Your account
- You must be able to make a binding contract under the law of your country.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it.
- Give an e-mail address that you can read.
- Keep your password, your keys and your runner keys secret. You are responsible for each action that is done with them.
Permitted use
You can use the service to test software and systems that you own or have the right to test.
You must not:
- Test a system that you do not own and have no right to test.
- Attack zriz or a system of a different person, or put a load on it that is meant to harm it.
- Try to get around a limit of the service.
- Put content in the space, or in your data, that is against the law or that you have no right to share.
A security report in good faith, made as /docs/security says, does not break rule 2.
You decide what your tests do. A test step can change data in your systems. You are responsible for that.
Free tier
The free tier costs nothing. Its limits are on /pricing. We can change the limits during the open beta. Paid plans are not available yet.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us one permission: to store it, process it, and show it to the members of your org, only to operate the service for you.
You confirm that you have the right to send your data to the cloud. This includes personal data from your test systems.
The Privacy policy says what personal data we keep and for how long. The cloud removes a run of the free tier 7 days after it ends. Keep your own copy of what you need.
The service stays ours. You can use it while these terms apply. These terms give you no other right in it.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
We give the service "as is". We do not promise that it is free of faults or that it finds each fault in your software. A run with the status pass is not a guarantee that your software is correct.
The service is free of charge. So, as far as the law permits, we are not liable for a loss that comes from your use of the service. This includes lost data, lost profit, and indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits a liability that the law does not let us remove or limit. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that a contract cannot take away.
The end of an account
By you. You can remove your account at any time on the page /app/account. If you are the only member, the cloud removes the org and all its data. If not, the org stays. The Privacy policy gives the rules.
By us. We can suspend or remove an account or an org that breaks the section "Permitted use". We tell you the reason by e-mail to the address of the account, unless the law forbids it.
The cloud removes an account that did not confirm its e-mail address in 7 days and was not used.
If we stop the service, we remove the data.
The sections "Your data", "No warranty, and the limit of our liability" and "Law and court" stay in effect after the end.
Law and court
The law of Ukraine applies to these terms. The courts of Ukraine decide a dispute.
Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. Each change gets a new date at the top of this page.
If a change reduces your rights, this page says so at least 14 days before the change applies.
If you do not accept a change, remove your account before the change applies. If you use the service after that date, you accept the change.
